3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

Requests for service cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery. Approved cancellations will be reimbursed as a credit to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. You may also transfer service to another date without extra fees if notified at least 48 hours in advance. If a service is explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase, no reimbursement will be issued. Non-refundable services are custom consultations tailored to individual needs and scheduled resources.

3.2 Information Products

Due to the digital nature, all sales of information products are final. No credits will be issued once access keys or download links are provided. This policy ensures content security and integrity.

3.3 Goods

You may ship back unopened goods within 30 days of delivery for reimbursement to your original payment method. Shipped items must be in original condition. Shipping back may be at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Reimbursement will be issued within 14 days of receipt of shipped items.
